This weeks gormlessness prize goes to none other than our London Mayor Ken Livingstone. This week he has come to the conclusion that all the problem youths today are due to the simple fact that their parents who grew up in the 1980s didn't teach them right from wrong. Indeed.
I was in fact brought up in the 1980s, but am yet to have a child. However, when I decide to, I'm happy to announce that I will in fact to Mr Livingstone's disbelief be teaching them right from wrong.
I do know the people he is talking about though, and have had first hand experience growing up with them - I can point a finger and honestly say that the people he 'actually' means are what I like to call 'children of the welfare society'. Those who's parents say 'get what you can from the system, otherwise you're a mug'. The society that Labour keeps denying exists, and hence does nothing to combat. Just stop giving them benefits!!!
